3 Phase Design engineers have gained a wealth of skill and knowledge over the years, coming from various industries and backgrounds our combined abilities cross a broad range of products and services, allowing us to be in the ideal position to meet your needs.

Meet the engineers

Rob Swann Working in the low voltage switchgear and control gear industry for over 25 years. Rob has developed his skills by working in design, manufacturing, installation and maintenance activities. Since the late 1990’s he has assisted many companies through the process of achieving successful ratings and certification. He is considered a specialist in testing, certification and compliance of LV equipment manufactured for land, offshore and marine applications. He sits on the BSI & IEC technical committees in an individual capacity.
Steve Green With over 25 years’ experience in the electrical industry working for a number of Low Voltage Switchgear & controlgear manufacturers, ranging in size from SME’s to International organisations, Steve has held positions of Senior Applications Engineer, Commercial Engineer and Project Manager and delivered the manufacture, installation and commissioning of LV distribution switchgear into Finance and communications Data centres across Europe.
Steve now works as a specialist low voltage power distribution consultant assisting global clients through testing programs, to achieve compliance to the applicable standards.
Craig McKee With over 30 years’ experience in the low voltage protection and distribution industry, Craig has gathered a wealth of knowledge on both Low Voltage Circuit Breakers and Low Voltage Switchgear. During his time at a major circuit breaker manufacturer, Craig developed an extensive understanding of both the design of circuit breakers, and their implementation into switchgear. This led to the granting of a patent for switchboard ventilation and arc pressure relief.
Craig now works as a specialist low voltage power distribution consultant, both lecturing and working directly with his global clients to expand their knowledge of the standards as well as assisting them through compliance programs, resulting in a greater use and understanding of the applicable standards.
Xenofon Lemperos Xenofon joined us in 2015 as part of our internship programme. After he attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Xenofon accepted a full-time position as Technical Engineer within the team. Xenofon currently supports clients through the full compliance process and is continuing to hone his skills and knowledge within the industry. Prior to this Xenofon gained extensive experience working within his family’s business undertaking installation and maintenance of Low-Voltage and High-Voltage electrical switchgear, electrical installations into Commercial properties and renewable energy Solar Parks.
